Hafa Adai! Welcome to the Judiciary of Guam’s online payment service. This site allows you access to make payments online toward your traffic citations, court clearances, fines and fees for DUI criminal case obligations, and fees for the Special Process Server Program.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

-- With Internet Explorer you must click on pop up message that displays, show all content.


-- Transactions can only be processed by using a credit or debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.


-- Be advised that credit card payments are subject to a 3.10% credit card convenience fee.


-- Payment in full of fines and costs are required. No partial payments will be accepted.

On-line Court Clearance Payment

  • You must have the last name and a PIN that is issued by the Records Section.
  • Contact the Records Section at (671) 475-3449 or eMail: scog.records@guamcourts.org.

On-line Traffic Citation Payment:

  • Do NOT use this site if you contest the violation.
  • By paying in full you AGREE to the terms and disclaimer for the Traffic Violations Bureau and plead guilty to the offense(s) as charged in the citation.
  • Do NOT use this site if you are unable to make the full payment.
  • Do NOT use this site if you are not the person named on the citation or authorized by the person named on the citation.
  • The citation number is located at the top right hand corner of the citation.
  • Please contact the Traffic Violations Bureau at the numbers on the right if you are unable to access your traffic citation online.
  • Unattended Parking citations are assessed to the registered owner of the vehicle.
  • You must appear in person to pay any of the following citations:
  1. 1. Accident related
  2. 2. Reckless Driving
  3. 3. Third Repeated Violation within twelve (12) months
  4. 4. Violator under the age of eighteen (18) (must appear with a Parent or Guardian)
  5. 5. Violator pleading not guilty to the violation
  6. 6. Violations classified as a misdemeanor or felony


On-line Case Payment: (Criminal Case and Special Process Servers)

  • You must have the case number and last name to make a payment with the Special Process Server Program.
  • You must have the case number and last name to make a payment for a criminal case obligation(s).

Supreme Court E-Filing

  • Username and password is required. For Guam Bar members, you may download the request form on the Unified Courts website http://www.guamcourts.org. Please follow the instructions on the form for submission. You may contact the Supreme Court of Guam at (671) 475-3180 should you have any questions.
  • Self-Represented Litigants, please submit your request form to the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office, contact number is 475-3180/3162. You may download the request form on the Unified Courts website http://www.guamcourts.org.
  • Should you encounter any issues while using the E-Filing system, please contact the Supreme Court Clerk’s Office at 475-3180/3162 or email efile@guamsupremecourt.com to report your issue.


Payment processing may take between 3 to 5 minutes, please DO NOT close out the session. If you have any questions regarding the payment process, please contact the respective division for which you are making payment.
